Jim Warner with Lord and Chuck Smith with John (background), who was the meanest dog in the kennels. Al Williams was John's first handler and when he was discharged a handler ( don't recall his name) tried to take over John. John tore that handler a new ass and I believe he left the section. Ken Patrick thought they would have to euthanized John because he was so mean and truly a "One Man Dog," but Smitty being the crazy guy he was said "I can handler that mean SOB." Background is the MMS area. |
